I have always been a gentle advocate of self-love & self-awareness. Inspired by a holistic, natural lifestyle, my intention is to create community inspired by love, health, and wellness. I enjoy yoga, being in nature, writing, & anything that feels nourishing to the spirit. I want to create a wellness center that yoke people of color through ancestral practices that connects us to the nature of who really are.
